How long is the program?
The Executive Evolution Program runs for 12 weeks.
Who is this program for?
This is for working professionals aged 35+ — Senior Managers, Directors, VPs, and AVPs who feel stuck despite their experience. If you’ve been overlooked for promotions or struggle to be heard in meetings, this is for you.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Most coaching focuses on surface-level tips. This program works at the identity level — using NLP, guided visualization, and mindset reprogramming to create lasting change from the inside out. Rohit coaches from 27 years of real corporate experience, not textbooks.
